What we have done
We have followed the company since the beginning until the go to market. Market surveys are carried out, as well as the drafting of business plans, creation of brand identity, development of the website and algorithms, implementation of digital marketing and Growth Hacking strategies for the launch of the platform, Social Media Management and Customer Care. Our team of Project Management experts coordinated the team and managed the progress of the work with the AGILE method.
