Camurrìa is the brand created by the creative minds of two Sicilian jewellers: the traditions and colours of the island are the starting point for the beautiful collections of watches, bracelets, necklaces and earrings.

The Camurrìa project focused, on the one hand, on redesigning the online shop for the sale of the jeweller's beautiful artistic creations, in order to improve the flow and also provide a new and modern design; on the other hand, on improving performance from an SEO point of view and rewriting the texts to help the brand also from a communication point of view and tell the story of the Sicilian-inspired jewellery in an innovative and evocative way.

Sicily as a brand is certainly not easy to tell if you want to innovate. For this reason, Camurrìa’s User Experience, Graphic Design and Marketing departments worked closely with the company to finalise the redesign of the e-commerce.

The UX design of the new flow was based on the “Mobile First” paradigm, which is essential for good indexing on search engines, but also to make the platform more accessible to customers and facilitate the purchase of jewellery. A careful study was also made to reorganise the categories and filters, which are essential for products with many different technical specifications and materials.

The graphic design and persuasive texts were created in order to amplify awareness of the company’s Brand Identity and enhance its strengths through the technique of visual and textual Storytelling. Everything was designed and written with a strong focus on SEO, as well as laying the foundations for strengthening the site in terms of indexing and positioning on search engines.
