Imdad is one of the leading integrated providers of healthcare and logistics solutions in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC — comprising Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain), serving hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities with innovative solutions for supply chain and service management.

When Imdad embarked on creating a unified management system for clinic and partner procurement, they needed a user-friendly, intuitive interface that would streamline workflows, improve visibility and enhance partner collaboration. Biscuitway designed the end-to-end UI and UX of the platform, focusing on clarity, efficiency and user empowerment. From wireframes and user flows to high-fidelity screens and interactive prototypes, we crafted a visual language consistent with Imdad’s professionalism and operational rigor. Every element — from minimal navigation to contextual in-platform guidance — was optimized for speed, accessibility and seamless usability across devices.

The new platform presents Imdad’s clients and partners with a modern, efficient supply-chain management interface that accelerates processes and enhances transparency. As a result, Imdad is now positioned not only as a provider of clinical services but as an enabler of smarter hospital operations and stronger partner ecosystems — a shift achieved through purposeful UX/UI design and strategic collaboration.
