The customer, having a very large number of items, needed to better manage and communicate the interface with the e-commerce mobile app.
What we have done
Our Tech department was responsible for developing APIs to manage the interface with the e-commerce mobile app.
In order to manage more than 20,000 products within the shop, we focused on improving the performance of the platform, the checkout flow, the internal search function and some functional elements that involved both backend and frontend development.
